Land Transactions under Standing Order 168(3) –

S13 South Pier Shipyard, South Pier, St. Helier – lease amendment

Decision(s): Under Standing Order 168(3) the Minister for Treasury and Resources hereby notifies the States that he has accepted the recommendation of the Property Holdings Department to agree to the following –

Land transaction –

The Minister accepted the recommendation of the Minister for Economic Development for the lease of South Pier Shipyard as amended in MD-E-2008-0092.

The Minister approved an amendment to MD-PH-2008-0028 with the lessee company’s correct name being South Pier Marine 2008 Limited, and not South Pier Shipyard (2008) Ltd. All other terms and condition remaining the same as approved.

All other terms of the agreement are to remain the same.

The Minister hereby authorises the Attorney General and the Greffier of the States to pass any contract which is required to be passed on behalf of the Public.

After the expiry of 15 days following presentation to the States the transaction may be concluded.
