Land Transactions under Standing Order 168(3) –

(a) Thorp House Internal store, rouge bouillon, st. helier – new lease to Mr. david crabtree;

(b) thorp house warehouse, rouge bouillon, st. helier – new lease to style shopfitting limited (trading as style office).

REPORT

Decision(s): Under Standing Order 168(3) the Minister for Treasury and Resources hereby notifies the States that he has accepted the recommendation of the Property Holdings Department to agree to the following –

(a) Land transaction –

The letting of the Thorp House Internal Store in the Parish of St. Helier to Mr. David Crabtree for a term of 10 months and 15 days at a total rental of £2,497.00.

The Minister hereby authorises Property Holdings to pass any contract which is required to be passed on behalf of the Public.

After the expiry of 15 days following presentation to the States the transaction may be concluded.

(b) Land transaction –

The letting of the Thorp House Warehouse in the Parish of St. Helier to Style Shopfitting Limited (trading as Style Office) for a term of 10 months and 15 days at a total rental of £32,830.00.

The Minister hereby authorises Property Holdings to pass any contract which is required to be passed on behalf of the Public.

After the expiry of 15 days following presentation to the States the transaction may be concluded.
