Land Transactions under Standing Order 168(3) –

(a) Site of Former Mascot Motors, Georgetown Park Estate, St. Clement – proposed sale;

(b) Jersey Airport, Freight Bay/Fuel Farm, B92A – new lease to Flybe Limited;

(c) Cargo Centre, Jersey Airport, Office B136 – new lease to Huelin Renouf Airfreight Limited;

(d) Jersey Airport, Freight/Fuel Farm, Freight Bay B135 – new lease to Aurigny Air Services Limited.

REPORT

Decision(s): Under Standing Order 168(3) the Minister for Treasury and Resources hereby notifies the States that he has accepted the recommendation of the Property Holdings Department to agree to the following –

(a) Land transaction –

The acceptance of the highest tender received for the purchase of the site, with each party to meet their own costs in passing the contract of sale before the Royal Court.

The Minister hereby authorises the Attorney General and the Greffier of the States to pass any contract which is required to be passed on behalf of the Public.

After the expiry of 15 days following presentation to the States the transaction may be concluded.

(b) Land transaction –

The letting of Jersey Airport, Freight Bay/Fuel Farm, B92A to Flybe Limited for a term of 5 years.

The Minister hereby authorises the Director of Property Holdings to pass any contract which is required to be passed on behalf of the Public.

After the expiry of 15 days following presentation to the States the transaction may be concluded.

(c) Land transaction –

The letting of Jersey Airport Cargo Centre Office B136 to Huelin Renouf Airfreight Limited for a term of 3 years.

The Minister hereby authorises the Director of Property Holdings to pass any contract which is required to be passed on behalf of the Public.

After the expiry of 15 days following presentation to the States the transaction may be concluded.

(d) Land transaction –
